Photographing your artwork tips for scholarship submissions

Basic steps –

Make sure the light in the room is even and the flash is off.

If your work is lit with yellowish indoor incandescent bulbs, you should color correct your work in Photoshop.

Make sure your camera is directly in the center of the work to avoid distortion.

Crop the image in Photoshop to remove the background.

Save them image as a JPEG with 72 ppi and around 2000 pixels on the widest side.
