Field Trip!!

The Tarleton Art Society is going on a field trip to the Rochovsky Warehouse on 10.31.13 at 11:00 am.

The current exhibition is PARALLEL VIEWS: ITALIAN AND JAPANESE ART FROM THE 1950S, 60S, AND 70S. This exhibition is just part of Rochovsky collection.

Tarleton Art Society meeting this Thursday

TAS will hold it’s second meeting of the year to discuss shirts, a field trip to Dallas, and other fun stuff.  This Thursday the 12th in room 162 at 12:30.

Brown Bag Lecture featuring artists Libby Rowe and H. Jennings Sheffield 9.19.13 at noon

The Department of Fine Arts will present a Brown Bag Lecture with artists Libby Rowe and H. Jennings Sheffield on Thursday, September 19 at 12:00 PM in the Gallery of the Clyde H. Wells Fine Arts Center.  The artists will discuss their exhibit, Family as the Vernacular, which is on display in the Gallery from August 26 through September 28.

Photo Contest Opportunity

The Brownwood Art Association is having a photo contest at the Brownwood Reunion Celebration going  on September the 20th -22nd . Photographs will be accepted at the art center Saturday the 14th through Tuesday the 17th. There is an entry fee of 5.00 per piece. Check out all the details by clicking the link below.
